In nokia s60 if one opens http://touch.facebook.com in the default browser and clicks on places tab , one cannot share his/her location but can only see his/her friends location that they have shared. This is because nokia's default web browser donot support HTML5 , which determines your geo-location.
How to share location on facebook ?
In order to share your location on facebook you need to install the most popular mobile browser - Opera .
Opera Mobile 11 supports HTML5 and as such one can share his/her location on facebook.
Visit http://m.opera.com and download the opera mobile for your nokia and share your location on facebook on touch.facebook.com.
