Nokia Mobile Communities is an app specially designed for Indian users! This app allows you to add upto 15 contacts in a group (called as conversation). Now 1 sms sent by you is delivered to all the members of the group, which means you only pay for 1 sms. The sms is sent to a banglore's 10 digit number so if u have free national sms, u wont be charged for the sms!
The best part of this app is all the members which are added in the group are not required to have this app in their mobile! Thats right even a non smartphone user receives the sms w/o having the app!! Also he/she can send just 1 sms (national sms) which is delivered to all the members!
The latest version of NMC has GPRS support which means if you have data plan, you can choose GPRS instead of sms as preffered mode!
