To unlock :-
check-in into a bar categorized venue after 2:00 AM
and then again into a corporate/office venue in the morning before 8:00 AM 
Monday-Friday.(please note : once u check-in to a bar after 2 am , their should be no checkin in between when you check-in to a office.
